Great experience as First Home Buyers
We recently bought our first home from Karen, Chloe and her team & we cannot fault our experience with them. When attempting to purchase previous homes with other agents, we experienced so many games being played as offers were put forward. Karen did nothing of the sort and was incredibly professional - we knew we were in honest, capable and trustworthy hands. Her team have handled all queries from us so well throughout the process, and would highly recommend them. A massive thank you to the team!

Always open and to the point
Working as a property buyer’s agent involves interaction with a multitude of selling agents on a daily basis and for the most part these communications are honest and open. On occasions property buyers and buyers’ agents will have justified cause to wonder how and why that particular selling agent is still in occupation, as the reliance of selling property on social media platforms and sales processes driven by automations, take over from face-to-face buyer connections. Suddenly the art of selling property to buyers through building a relationship, even in a small window of time, becomes an old school tool and forgotten about. I have known Bruce Hutchison for two years now across the real estate world and have to say that on the occasions that I have interacted with him- they were always pleasant. I have always found Bruce to be very professional, straight talking and to the point and has always represented the vendors of his property`s to the maximum degree and displayed a huge amount of integrity in doing so. He is even adapt at the aforementioned social media selling techniques and has also managed to marry automations and his "old fashioned" customer service skills very efficiently so his vendors get the best of both worlds in one agent package.
