We first met Karen whilst putting in an offer on a house we fell in love with, she was straight up, no nonsense and gave us sound advice as to putting in an attractive offer in a never seen before sellers market in Brisbane. We followed her advice, but unfortunately lost the offer to another buyer (not by much) too which we were devastated.
