Just like to thank Nyree and Leana for all their time and support in selling our apartment. Can’t thank them enough for their very professional and positive attitude and would strongly recommend them to anyone that has a property to sell or buy. We wish them all the best for the future and would not hesitate in engaging their services again should the need arise.

Our experience with Nyree was positive, she was on the ball and knew what she was doing. From the first offer we had the documents automated and ready to go within an hour. Thanks for your help to get us our dream home Nyree!

Corinne was extremely helpful with helping me purchase my first home. She had no problems with me asking questions about the process and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and went that extra mile for me. Could not recommend her enough if you want a genuine realestate agent and especially if you're a first home buyer.

Corinne made the whole process so easy, I only needed to sign and the rest was taken care of. Sold within the first month. Definitely recommend

This has been the second time we have had the pleasure to have Corinne as our agent. She has been nothing but an absolute pleasure with all dealings! She has gone above and beyond in helping us sell our home that we originally purchased through herself! She goes out of her way to make you feel appreciated and provides amazing advise. Corinne has made the process extremely easy and treated my partner and myself like family. We truly appreciate the love and support and all the laughs along the way. We are so grateful for the quick and easy sale of our home! Corinne is the best agent there is! Thank you Corinne! Tash and Tim x

Karen and her team excelled in getting our property sold. In particular, Jo Stuyck was very proactive working with the tenants and perspective buyers to ensure the property was always accessible. She has great knowledge of the market and lived up to every commitment she made. Many thanks Jo.

The team at LJ Hooker made the process of selling our family home very simple and easy while getting us a fantastic price in a very short time of being on the market. The team took the stress away from selling a property.

Great job finding me an off market house that was perfect for me!

Courtney was well prepared from our first meeting. She provided a portfolio outlining property and expected sales outcomes. She worked hard at promotion.

Working with Karen through her team member Joanne Stuyck has been an absolute pleasure! Joanne is extremely knowledgeable and her seemingly endless list of local contacts and knowledge is highly valuable. Purchasing a complex property we needed to view multiple times and have been able to access all the information we needed to make a swift and certain decision. Joanne and the team at the office have been extremely responsible and communicate regularly and well. Thank you for all your help

Planning for retirement, we chose Nyree to sell our home on a recommendation from friends and family. From the outset, Nyree was straight-talking but optimistic too. Nyree's advertising package was amazing and generated a lot of early interest. Then, the COVID pandemic hit and the whole market plummeted. For months, we waited nervously to see what would come of our sale - and our retirement dreams. Never to be deterred, Nyree tenaciously followed-up an interested party resulting in a conditional offer - but they too fell victim to the pandemic and the deal fell through. Luckily for us, Nyree hadn't given up and had been following-up and finding other interested parties in the tough market. Her efforts paid-off and resulted in an offer (higher than the first buyers) and successful sale. We were impressed with Nyree's tenacity and committment to close the sale of our home.
