It was an absolute pleasure to work with Corinne, she gave us expert industry advice and styling tips prior to sale which allowed us to present our home beautifully to the market. She made the whole sale process efficient, stress free and fast. It could not have gone better and she exceeded our expectations. We would definitely work with Corinne again in the future.

We worked with Joanne Stuyck to sell our home in Redland Bay. Joanne was so lovely to deal with, she came with great knowledge of the area, she was honest and we felt we could trust her recommendations. We had an offer after the first open house and sold within record time. Would highly recommend working with Joanne to buy or sell a home.

From the word go, Karen's advice and professionalism resulted in our home being sold within a week. Great support from the LJ Hooker team and a special mention to Mal Windebank for his efforts in securing the deal.

Early in March we selected Nyree to sell our house. Right from the beginning we felt very comfortable with Nyree. We had our first open house and right after that the Pandemic hit. Nyree was always positive, and never once let the pandemic slow her down. By the end of April she had a buyer for our house. What a great result in such difficult times. Thanks Nyree We truly believe you are a great Agent and highly recommend you.

My wife and I had owned our property in Mount Cotton for approx 7 years. Having recently retired we decided to put the property on the market and went thru quite an exhaustive process to find the "right" agent. The property had been managed for us by another agent and I suppose they felt they would get the nod when we decided to sell but after speaking to them and what they felt the property was worth we decided to look elsewhere. After then speaking to four other agents who all sell properties in the Mount Cotton area we chose Corinne as our agent. Corinne struck me as being very professional and most importantly knowledgable about what she felt could be achieved for our house and having done considerable research myself I was in agreement with her as to what we may achieve. Bearing in mind we are living in a COVID19 environment, Corinne was able to market the property and follow up on all leads quickly. She then got us a contract on the house at the asking price so we could not have been happier. I would thoroughly recommend Corinne to anyone wanting to sell their property within the areas she manages as mentioned she is a true professional coupled with a likeable and personable nature. Five stars*****

Nyree was so supportive through the whole purchasing process. We are first time buyers who were discovering the ins and outs of buying as we went along. Nyree and her team were with us the whole way. From the moment we viewed the house until the settlement, they talked us through everything we needed to do, offering information along the way. I felt Nyree and I built a trusted relationship where I could count on her to help me with the communication and relationship (from a far) with sellers. Thank you so much for selling us our first family home!

During my experience I dealt solely with Joanne Stuyck. Right from the beginning she was professional, kind, knowledgeable and made me feel as though she was there to help myself just as much as the seller. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Thank you so much Jo for all your support and guidance.

From our first meeting with Corinne, you could tell how hard she worked for her sellers and buyers alike. We always had her full attention and nothing was ever a bother, no matter the time of day. This is our first experience with selling and she made the process very stress free. Her communication with updates is fantastic, and her help with styling advice before listing was very much appreciated. If we sell again in the future we will definitely pick Corinne again!
