Corinne is a great communicator. I knew I was in good hands choosing Corinne as my sales agent. She is prompt with returning phone calls and following up enquiries. She really does go above and beyond for her vendors, and I'm sure for purchasers also. She was instrumental in bringing together the sale, liaising with all parties, building & pest inspectors, solicitors, brokers and the seller and buyer throughout the sales process. We had approached a few agents to potentially sell our home however when we talked to Graeme Carmichael from LJ Hooker Property Centre, he stood out from the rest. His communication throughout the process was exceptional and couldn’t have been better, constantly keeping us up to date with how the listing was doing. It came to our first open home day and Graeme definitely pulled it off with the marketing, as we had one of the busiest open homes of the weekend. We ended up with multiple offers and the price Graeme achieved exceeded expectations. We couldn’t be happier with Graeme and won’t consider anyone else in the future.
