I can strongly recommend Steve Bunday and the team at LJ Hooker Dickson. He has sold 2 houses for us and on both occasions got great results. He has a highly professional approach and is diligent in attending to every detail (preparation, marketing, following up potential buyers, auction strategy etc.) to achieve the maximum sale price. He kept us informed throughout and provided valuable advice. For example, he advised us to turn down a pre-auction offer (which we did) and proceeded to reach a significantly higher sale price at auction.
