From the moment I decided to put my family home of 13 years on the market I approached the team at LJ Hooker in Dickson (as they had been highly recommended to me by a number of people) and Nic was the first contact I had. From that day forward I was extremely happy with all aspects from beginning to end which was over a period of 5 months, however, once the house was put on the market it was less than 2 months before the sale was finalised. We highly recommend Nic, Stephen and the LJ Hooker Dickson team. We had the opportunity to meet both Nic and Stephen when looking to purchase a property in the Inner North, Canberra. Both Nic and Stephen are passionate and enthusiastic agents, with their vendor’s interest in mind. However, both were able to maintain a healthy balance and liaise with us, as potential purchasers. When we made our decision to sell a 4 acre land parcel in Murrumbateman, we had no hesitation in nominating this dynamic duo. We anticipated a long and bumpy road, given the location, lack of services etc. However, Nic and Stephen took charge, and we have never looked back. We followed their every recommendation re listing, viewing, auction, etc and today we “settled”! A fabulous result for us, and within weeks of listing with LJ Hooker Dickson. I believe rural NSW was a new region for the boys, and they approached our sale with gusto! At their suggestion, many “open house” days were conducted on our land. We thought a photo would be sufficient, but this was not good enough for Nic and Stephen. They insisted on both personally visiting the block, and meeting potential buyers. Their feedback by phone was always welcome and, when relevant, their written reports extremely comprehensive. We continued to auction, but our land did not sell, although it came very close.
