Recent sale of my unit
I recently connected with Steve Jacobs during an open inspection of another premises. During our conversation I offered him my home to be placed on the market. He inspected my premises, and offered ideas and thoughts on selling. After we came to an agreement,I felt very comfortable with the details. I found Steve very genuine in his approach, and knowledge..I would not hesitate in passing on his acumen and credibility to those who may be looking for a real estate agent in the future. I sold my unit in 1 week Thank you Steve

Proffessional conduct
Our dealings with Helen for the purchase of the new premises was of the highest calibre. As people who have had what we consider poor (& on one occasion "rude") service with previous agents it was like a breath of fresh air to encounter Helen who gave such a high standard of service. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her & she has definatley got the correct attributes which we greatly appreciated, I would go as far as saying that other agents should take a note out of her book on how to deal with face to face issues. Helen made what can be a stressful experience quite the opposite & would definately make a beeline for her when the time comes to sell ourselves. Mark & Val Whitfield

Helen delivers
Helen delivered on everything she said, there was a delay in getting the house on the market due to my tenants moving out, but she went to work trying to sell the house regardless & had people through before it was on line. It sold within a couple of weeks. I have no hesitation recommending Helen & LJ Hooker Golden Grove as they were totally professional from the very first meeting until settlement day. I have another house which I will be selling this year & I'm sure Helen can do the job again. Thanks, Simon Ebel

purchasing in modbury
Steve knows the area around Modbury Heights and was very helpful during the whole process. I live in Mount Gambier and Steve was able to keep me updated regularly about how the whole process from open inspection through to moving in went. At times I asked questions which may have impacted on the vendor (financial imperative) and the vendor may not have been happy, but Steve was able to communicate between us. I am very happy with my new home.

Sold on 1st open
I found Helen to be a very professional person who loves her job and would do anything to assist in making the sale as smooth as possible .I chose Helen after interviewing a few agents but I wanted one that would suit the sale of my home ,as well as the potential buyer to be comfortable with as well. We discussed a lot of things in regarding presenting the house well and fixing any little thing that was needed to be done. The photos ,web page ,and marketing of home was done right and I ensured I invested in the package that wound present the home in the best possible manner .the key to any good sales agent in selling your home is communication and Helen could not rate any higher in this regard before and after the sale ,highly recommend Helen if you are wanting a person that cares about you and your home .Peter Schutt
