Seriously great!
Jake made buying our first home surprisingly stress-free! He kept us informed every step of the way and was always very quick in answering our questions. He is thorough, very accommodating, and has been able to make all of our requests happen. We highly recommend him!

I cannot rate the services of Virginia Stoker at LJ Hooker, Gungahlin highly enough. Virginia sold a family home for us under very emotional circumstances. Our family received empathy and understanding of our needs. Virginia’s communications were prompt and courteous and always kept us up to date whilst having to communicate with various members of our family. She is open and honest and has the absolute highest integrity. Virginia knows the Canberra and surrounds market extremely well and sold our home for well and truly over our reserve. Virginia always works above and beyond for her vendors. We have sold homes before, however have never had a real-estate agent be so approachable and work so hard. I cannot fault the staff at LJ Hooker at Gungahlin who have been so wonderful, helpful, and supportive. There is no doubt that we will be choosing Virginia to sell any future homes for us, and highly recommend her services to anyone selling their home.

A fantastic experience selling our property
Selling our Ngunnawal property from interstate could have been tricky except I was fortunate enough to be able to entrust the sale to Carly Clough and I couldn't have been happier with the choice. Carly and her colleagues worked very hard to assist me to present the house in its best light for sale. Our styling was so beautiful and the team even chipped in to assist in the yard when yard maintenance were on leave!! Carly was able to help me secure all of the services I needed for a successful Canberra sale. She was highly professional, yet friendly and was able to meet unique needs we had putting our place on the market from interstate. Carly worked incredibly hard for us and nothing was a problem for her, she was able to navigate through any challenges we faced during the holiday period and efficiently sought solutions. Her communication skills were amazing working on our behalf and we felt very safe knowing that Carly and her colleagues were putting in above and beyond to get the best price for our property and matching it up with suitable buyers. I had also viewed many auctions before our sale and I loved her auctioneering style making all of the potential buyers relaxed and working to make the buying and selling experience stress free for all involved. We couldn't really be any happier with our sales experience with Carly and her team! If you are looking to sell she is your perfect choice!

From the outset Jake was very helpful, communicative and strategic in the approach to selling my property to get the price I wanted. Jake's industry knowledge was clear and his contacts in the market were an excellent source of benchmarking for the price potential for my property. Jake was very personable and it was clear that he was intent on listening to my requirements and working together to sell my property. I always felt I could trust Jake and he delivered an excellent outcome for me. Jake took the time to contact me about potential bidders even when he was on his holidays which is a testament to his commitment to achieving an outcome for me and his information flow was excellent. I always felt I knew where I was at in relation to the status of bids and the number of bidders and potential bidders. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jake again or recommend him to someone else.
