Bri sold our apartment in Gungahlin. From the outset she was very keen to work with us and was the only agent we were talking to who seemed genuinely keen. Once we decided to go with Bri she organised conveyancing, getting the apartment dressed and then kept us informed of how she was going to sell it as well as providing the feedback from viewers and website information. It has been a very 'no fuss' process and within a few weeks a good offer was made and we accepted. Jeff is very responsive in getting back to our questions and our offers. He also facilitated a lovely meeting between us and the previous owner so we had the opportunity to ask questions about how everything worked around the house. Jeff also facilitated our request to move in a little earlier than the initial settlement date so we could take the advantage of the public holiday and settled in prior to the beginning of the school term.
