Honestly I don't know what I'd have done without Virginia's assistance...I had to sell 2 properties quickly to enable me to put a down deposit on a third. We encountered every problem imaginable including a mother daughter duo who were determined at all costs to ensure that my property, which they were renting did not sell. Oh my goodness...it is at this point that I truly appreciated Virginia's knowledge, advice guidance, professionalism, honesty and steady hand. There were alot of balls in the air but she skilfully worked on each, one at a time and landed us safely. It didn't help that interest rates had also started going up making buyers nervous and indecisive. What I liked most though - and this gave me a great peace of mind, was that Virginia kept me informed every step of the way and provided me with honest, no frills feedback - this actually greatly contributed to my trusting Virginia and letting her get on with the sales. Our experience of selling our townhouse couldn’t be any better/smoother and all thanks to Jake! From day 1, Jake was approachable and gave time to all the questions and advice we needed to put our property in the best position possible. We only dealt with him to get all the work done from fixing the appliances and cleaning up the property to getting the property on the market. Taking his advice to go ahead with the auction instead of accepting pre-auction offers was the best thing. We are very grateful and glad that we listened to him. We are lucky to have him on our side and would work with him as our agent in a heartbeat if we decide to sell properties again.
