The best in the business
I recently had the pleasure of working with Lush on the sale of our property. From the outset Lush brought great insights into the market and his years of experience stood out from the first meeting. His communication along the way was second to none and I felt up to date and engaged along every step of the process. Not only did Lush get us the results we were looking for but it was refreshing to work with this level of professionalism. From our first dealings with Lush more than 10 years ago to our recent sale Lush has proven himself to be trustworthy and honest. He holds his position as agent as a privilege and not a right. Lush treats his clients like he would his own family knowing that the sale and/or purchase of a property, especially ones family home, is the greatest asset any person can acquire. Great service and results for selling my duplex
I am not one for writing reviews but felt I must on this occasion as I am so impressed with "LJ Hooker - Padstow" and specifically with Lush Pillay. Lush is a real professional real estate agent and he goes way beyond his duties. He helped me all the way through the process of selling my duplex and it was a real great achievement.

Cannot recommend Lush and his team enough
We recently sold our home with L J Hooker Padstow and Lush was our lead Agent. Right from the start, Lush and his team were incredibly professional and organised and could easily answer any question we had about the sale process, price expectations and how to position the home. We sold our home at auction and received a price way above expectations. Lush, David and the team are exceptional; the energy and care they showed through the process is second to none.

Sold as our property at auction as an out of area agent
Lush is an experienced, genuine, savvy yet humble agent. He genuinely looks after his vendors and buyers and we have always had complete trust in him in delivering the best sale price that could be extracted from the market. His work ethic is phenomenal and so is his ability to engage everyone in marketing campaigns. There are some great agents out there - this guy is a level above them.
