Expectation was met and all fantastic up to a signed contract. Then emails sms's & request not acted on in a timely manner. I had to contact the buyer myself to find out what they were asked on my behalf and found not all requests were submitted by the agency to the buyer which delayed the actions that could have been taken. The buyer wanted to assist but with the late notice nothing could be done. This impacted me as the seller financially.
