For months, we waited nervously to see what would come of our sale - and our retirement dreams. Never to be deterred, Nyree tenaciously followed-up an interested party resulting in a conditional offer - but they too fell victim to the pandemic and the deal fell through. Luckily for us, Nyree hadn't given up and had been following-up and finding other interested parties in the tough market. Her efforts paid-off and resulted in an offer (higher than the first buyers) and successful sale. We were impressed with Nyree's tenacity and committment to close the sale of our home.

From our very first meeting with Nyree we were impressed by her local market knowledge, her passion and enthusiasm. It was an easy decision to choose her to sell our home. Karen was certainly impressive and appeared to be very experienced in my initial meeting. I was confident I made the right choice in appointing her. However Karen neglected to make clear that she has a team of people behind her and that I would be dealing with others at LJ Hooker. After my initial conversation with Karen, I never really spoke with her again. I was instead contacted by Chloe Peters (Karen's team member) who kept me informed on open house status and potential offers. Chloe was great to deal with and she stayed the course on what I consider to be difficult sale after 3 offers and 3 contract terminations. Chloe continued to have open house inspections during all contracts so there were always interested buyers making offers when a Sale Contract terminated. Finally a suitable offer and settlement period was found. Others at LJ Hooker (Ian) were also involved and I appreciated and valued their input also. The sale was certainly a team effort.
