Fantastic result 10/10 recommend
After hearing previously about the good work Corinne does for her clients, naturally she was the choice of agent for my grandparents. Corinne has a wealth of area knowledge and is very personable and professional. Corinne was very supportive and patient through the whole process of selling the property and achieved a fantastic result. I would certainly seek Corinne’s assistance again and would recommend her to anybody buying or selling.

Professional and worked tirelessly for best outcome
Karen deals in facts and not emotions. Her market knowledge is broad and based on experience not opinion. She took control of the whole situation and made the process completely stress free. She understood communication needs rather just dictating to me. She was awesome. A word not mentioned much in real estate...."honest"...Karen operates in a manner which projects honesty and integrity. Now you cant' say that about many agents you come across. Professional to the core. Not only did she look after me as a seller she seemed to match me up with the perfect buyer and not entirely based on price. The buyer will fit so well into the neighbourhood and Karen knew that. Can't finish off without mentioning Chole. Chloe is a star in the making! She was faultless during the whole process.

Karen Renouf You Were Fantastic
As we are located interstate, Karen was very helpful and considerate and went out of her way to provide us the opportunity of having an advocate look at the property for us outside of the standard "open for inspection" time. Karen was upfront when communicating with us but what was really appreciated was her ability to make us feel confident in buying this property virtually. Karen's honesty about the state of the property didn't make us feel like she was pushing the sale on us at all. I was very impressed not just with Karen and the whole LJ Hooker team were knowledgable and helpful when contact was required between us. Thanks Karen and thanks too to Ian and Chloe as well.

The reason that we chose Karen as our agent was based on her local and comprehensive knowledge of the property market Karen provided us with clear expectations and information pertaining to the sale The information was concise and the marketing was practical and clear The website pictures and resources where of superior quality and the open home was very well attended Karens sound local knowledge allowed her to access a range of prospective buyers I would certainly use Karen’s service again should I be relocating

Nyree was absolutely excellent to deal with.
Everything was done with a minimum of fuss, and sold the property for around $40,000 more than the price another agent had indicated. And sold in 2 days Nyree also organised a solicitor , and Building and pest inspections So everything was VC completely seamless I could not recommend her highly enough
