In a word, our dealings with Team Carmichael were 'fantastic'. James forms part of a small team that all have specific roles they specialise in. So, we didn't get just one agent, we got three. Graeme, James and Nick. Graeme, the lister, what a legend. He just keeps following up and he has the ability to stay in touch, keeping us informed about market trends and advising when the opportune time to list or not. All done whilst not being the slightest bit pushy but instead friendly and relaxed. After listing with Graeme the service he and his team provided was exemplary. Daily updates and weekly comprehensive statistical reports were just a part of the service. We really admired Graemes professionalism but also the fact that he is just a great guy. Good on you Graeme. Then there's James. James specifically follows up with buyers after inspections, open homes and enquiries. What was really impressive was that he leaves no stone unturned and he provided detailed feedback straight away. You are not left wondering. As a negotiater his skills come to the fore. A strategic thinker who is able to think outside of the box meant he was able to create opportunities when an apparent stalmate was reached. His ability to deal with multiple offers at the same time and to extract the best possible result was awesome. We are very grateful for his grit and determination. Then there is Nick. Working behind the scenes doing the little things that are a small part of the bigger picture.
