Could not be happier with the performance of the Ming team. They offered advice through experience that paid dividends and all you need to do is listen to them. They handled everything down to a fine art, including the help and preparation of the house presentation, ready for marketing and viewing. I haven't sold a house in 25 years and things have changed since the last time I did, so my advice to anyone is to let them take control and just enjoy the ride. Overall, I am more than happy with Ming and Tracy and could not recommend them highly enough to anyone thinking of selling. I actually brought my next house of them in the same transaction, so double bonus for us as we were dealing with the same team, made it even easier. Next time I am looking to sell or buy I will be contacting Ming first.
