We always knew we would go with Corinne when it was time to sell. We noticed that nearly as soon as a FOR SALE sign went up in the front of a house with Corinne, it would have a SOLD sticker on it shortly after. I met up with Corinne to discuss the selling process - No pushy salesperson here; just an incredibly lovely person with a real passion for what she does. Holiday time with tradies is not the best time. I needed a tradesperson to come and fix our fence and with a quick dial on her phone, one of Corinne’s contacts, Marcus, came straight over, quoted on the job, and completed it within a few days. We had a high interest bridging loan in place for the purchase of our dream property commencing soon, and Corinne advised that Christmas/New Years holiday time was the worst time to sell. She told us to wait until early January. I was freaking out as our weekly interest fees on the bridging loan were high. But on 27th December, she asked to bring around a potential buyer the next day. Within a couple of hours, we had a no finance offer which exceeded all expectations on price! She found two conveyancers to act for both parties when most conveyancing offices were closed over the holiday period. With offices re-opening in early January and both conveyancers flooded with return-to-work demands, Corinne took it upon herself to ensure our communications between the buyer and ourselves were immediately dealt with to speed things up. I believe Corinne’s intervention got us to the unconditional stage without further delay. Our bridging loan was only in place for a very short time, saving us a huge amount of money. Corinne, thank you for listening and understanding our unique circumstances and for finding an off-market buyer and bringing them around during the Christmas break, even though one of your daughters was visiting from interstate.
