Real Estate is in my blood. As a teenager I worked as a Property Manager for 7 years while completing University studies. With a family history in the real estate industry, it was my first real career calling. At University I achieved a Degree with Honours in Psychology. A Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management. My studies lead me to the child safety industry where I became a Regional Manager in Residential Services. The parallels between the residential care and real estate industries exist in the requirements to provide a high quality residential environment while maintaining excellent customer care services. Managing property and peoples needs in a tough residential environment enhanced my skillset. Being a peripheral part of the LJ Hooker family for many years has eventually lured me back to my grass roots, the real estate industry. The quality of management, staff and the expectation of excellence at LJ Hooker Property Complete is somewhere I knew I could use my skillsets to offer clients world class real estate services. With my experience and natural ability to find solutions, Head of Property Management and Property Investment Manager are titles I take pride in. Prior to discovering her interest in property management, Kayla worked in childcare. Her ability to communicate effectively with both landlords and tenants is one of her strong points. Kayla is a proud mother of two and has perfected the art of balancing work and family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and creating new memories.

With over 7 years' experience in real estate - primarily in Trust Accounting and Property Management, Samantha has become a versatile part of our Property Management team being able to jump in where needed. Samantha is a doting mother of one (soon to be two) and loves spending time with her family on the weekend - camping, exploring, and making amazing memories.
