Ever since we were recommended to LJ Hooker Ashmore, I can confidently say they have been outstanding in managing my investment unit. They efficiently handled inspections and found the right tenant, making the entire process easy and stress-free for me. I would strongly recommend them without hesitation. I also want to give special thanks to Kristy Swatosch, the Property Manager, who has been magnificent in keeping me updated on everything. She even took care of paying my rates and strata fees, which has made my life much easier by minimising my responsibilities.

We are very pleased with the service provided to us by LJ Hooker Ashmore. Our unit at Oracle Broadbeach has been managed by LJH since 2013. We can highly recommend Ross ( principal) and Kristy (property manager) for being very prompt and efficient in looking after our rental property.

We were so excited by the prospect of finding an apartment in the area we already liked. Thank you so much to Kristy for her efficiency and prompt action so we could secure the deal.
