I have never experienced such professionalism as this team has shown us over our journey to acquire a new rental. The care, empathy and guidance has blown me away. This team has kept us up to date every step of the way and guided us to have the best experience when it can be very daunting. We never felt rushed. We felt heard and genuinely welcomed. We felt like people and not just a number. We have not experienced the above with any other real estate. LJ Hooker team, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. We HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone who needs an agent.

With a true care for their local community Rebecca & her team worked hard to secure us a rental property within a short time frame. Wonderful, pleasant and prompt service and communication from Rebecca, Kristy and the team. We are so grateful for their help. I would highly recommend LJ Hooker Ashmore.

I have had several investment properties and have dealt with numerous property agencies in the last 25 Years but none can come any close to the services that I have received from LJ Hooker, Ashmore. Ross Lukin, the principal and his team with a special mention to Kristy have been thorough professsionals and caring in their services. We had a very complex situation at hand with our tenant, largely due to the previous managing agent. Ross and his team since taken over worked relentlessly to deliver a most satisfying outcome and must add preserving interests of both the Landlord & the Tentant. Heartfelt thanks to them and would recommend them to one and all.

Kristy has given us outstanding service since we switched from our previous agent. When our current tenants left, she quickly secured us new tenants at a weekly rate beyond our expectations. LJ Hooker Ashmore has been a pleasure to deal with. Our tenants also seem happy with the service provided to them. All issues have been raised and resolved quickly. I am very satisfied that our investment is being managed well.
