As a past real-estate agent and property investor, I found Ben Latimer went over and beyond my expectation ensuring effective communication throughout the sales process. He was always on top of anything require and consistently updated us through the process. His knowledge and understanding of the Southport housing market was extensive. Through the process he showed openness, honesty and integrity. It is truly a credit to the whole LJ Hooker team for their hard work. From the first open house through to settlement no request was too large and he managed the complete process which made it hassle free. I have no hesitation in highly recommend Ben Latimer or the LJ Hooker team to any prospective purchasers or vendors who are looking for a sales agent that delivers effective, professional and desirable results

I found the a real estate agent like Ben Latimer are pretty good as a front of LJ Hooker having a good and helpful real estate will help the seller understand more on how to sell their property. Ben explained everything to us and help us save money and still get the better price for the house we are selling. I would recommend Ben Latimer to anybody as I think he is the asset of LJ Hooker.

Alex McCormack was an excellent real estate agent to deal with when we were looking for and eventually purchased an investment property . Alex was prompt with all communication as well as a very reliable source of information and definitely made our venture into the investment market much less stressful . My wife and I would certainly recommend Alex for anything to do with buying or selling real estate .

Alex was very knowledgeable about our market, worked extremely well with our tenants organizing photo shoots and open homes. He kept us updated with potential buyers and possible sale price. With his professionalism we achieved a higher-than-expected final price. I cannot rate Alex highly enough and will defiantly be using him again

Selling our property was a little challenging and Ben rose to the occasion. He reported in to us every week after the open, we had many offers and sold the property 4 times before one actually stuck to unconditional. Ben was great with his communication and always professional. Thanks for all your hard work, much appreciated.

Ben has been very good, respectful and available any time we needed him to inspect the house. He’s very smooth which we really appreciated since we don’t like the pushy type of agent. It’s the second time we deal with Ben and we highly recommend him.
