We found Bens help invaluable ,as we reside interstate and needed help selling our elderly fathers place on the Gold Coast to transition him into aged care closer to where his family (us) live .it was a challenging and emotional time for us to move dad and the logistics of travelling interstate to move someone was considerable this task was made much easier knowing we had bens help , he stayed in touch with us , kept us informed throughout the process , helped us coordinate trades access to dads home if we were not there as we were staying in a hotel doing numerous tasks to facilitate the move and nothing was too difficult for Ben and his team , and finally Ben worked to achieve the best price for dads place which was important to help provide funds for dad to purchase another property interstate , Ben made a difficult time for us easier due to his easy going , positive and professional attitude, I would definitely recommend him and utilise his services again we have sold and bought houses before and you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful !
