I recently bought and sold real estate through Ben Latimer from LJ Hooker at Southport. I found Ben to be very honest, down to earth and ethical. I could not be more pleased with Ben's skills regarding selling my property and finding me a new home. Ben has made buying and selling less stressful than I could have imagined. Ben is a professional real estate agent with an excellent work ethic. Ben is good hearted with a sence of humour. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone buying or selling their home.
