I had ideas of selling my Property but was not convinced if it was the best time to put my property on the market and maximize my return on Investment. Enter, Ben Latimer whom I had not met before but so glad I did, after a very positive experience. Ben convinced me that it was the right Market for Vendors and was confident that I could get an attractive Price under existing conditions. Whilst the Final Sale price was below initial expectations, I was happy with the final outcome considering changing market dynamics. The whole process from the time I decided to sell the Apartment to the agreed settlement date took only about 2 months. Better still, I was dealing with Ben and his Professional team from LJ Hooker only remotely, from NSW. Throughout my experience, I have found Ben and his team to be very professional, cooperative, responsive, positive and a pleasure to deal with. I thank them for their professional advice, great communication throughout, assistance with employing Tradesman to complete minor tasks, recommending good Solicitors to look after my interests and being quick to respond to all my questions. I wish them well and have no hesitation recommending Ben and his Sales Team to any prospective Vendor, especially those Investors from Interstate (looking to get ahead in life just like me) who are looking for a great Real Estate Agent and experience.

Ben made the sale of my mothers unit seemless. He kept me informed at all times, arranged viewings within days of it going to market and sold it within 4 days. As I had limited time in Australia he helped with clearing the unit and offered useful advice. He was very professional and helped make my time there a great deal more enjoyable. I can’t recommend him high enough.
