Ben was excellent to deal with and was very open and honest.
Ben was excellent to deal with, he was very open with us which made the process so much easier. As buyers who cant cross the border at the moment, Ben took to time to assist us with all of our enquiries. He was also very well supported by an excellent team. Special mention goes to Lyana.

The sale was seamless and he achieved an unimaginable result
Ben was extremely autonomous in dealing with the sale of my property. He promptly arranged everything and would make contact appropriately, with relevant information. The sale was seamless and he achieved an unimaginable result whilst minimising the 'to-ing and fro-ing' that usually comes with property sales.

The team at LJHooker are top notch.
Recently purchased a property through estate agent, Ben Latimer and am very happy with the outcome! The team at LJHooker are top notch. Veronica and Lyana kept me updated on the progress of the sale and were always, responsive in sorting any concerns. Seamless & stress-free experience
I spoke to Alex over a year about my unit and was surprised he always remembered what we had talked about in previous conversations. When I decided to finally sell it was a seamless & stress-free experience. All of my questions were answered quickly, Alex is easily contactable at any time. Lyana in the office was fabulous. My unit was listed 5 days before the 1st open home, Alex sold it that day at a price well above my asking price. Selling with Alex was a wonderful & very easy experience
