A big thank you to Alex and his team!
Alex was great in communicating to us the market, expectations and gave us continual updates while we were selling our investment property. We had everything fixed through their tradespeople so presentation and photos were better than I had expected. Obviously that had a positive result on the price. A big thank you to Alex and his team.

Knowledge of the market!
Good in-depth knowledge of the market, very professional, great bedside manner, kept me informed, works extremely hard for his clients and a very favourable customer experience. From the first phone saying we want to sell our property Alex was positive supportive and confident.
Alex has been our agent for many years he has always been helpful and accurate in the information that to shared with us. When the time came to sell our property Alex not only helped us but also took the time to speak with the tenant in our property to assure them of minimum disruptions during the sale.
