Alex and his team are professional with great knowledge of the area and what the buyers are looking for. This made for a very quick effortless sale. I would recommend Alex for your future sale.

I spoke to Alex over a year about my unit and was surprised he always remembered what we had talked about in previous conversations. When I decided to finally sell it was a seamless & stress-free experience. All of my questions were answered quickly, Alex is easily contactable at any time. Lyana in the office was fabulous. My unit was listed 5 days before the 1st open home, Alex sold it that day at a price well above my asking price. Selling with Alex was a wonderful & very easy experience

Ben had superior knowledge of the market and went beyond expectations to ensure the best possible outcome was achieved. We had a really difficult situation with our property, and the team at LJ Hooker Southport were unbelievably amazing and worked with us during a very difficult time. They did a great job selling our property. But also their property management team if you want to rent out your property is the best I have ever seen. Way more knowledgeable and pro-active than any other company we have dealt with.

Ben stayed in touch with us from beginning to end. He was always there to advise as we had no idea of the market, or the selling process in Qld. Overall a smooth transaction and a good result in troubled and restricted times.

Alex was honest and upfront about the entire process. This is the second property I have sold with Alex and LJH Southport and I will definitely be using them again in the future. He’s a great agent and even better person.

Sold the second of my two apartments within 2 weeks of listing for a very good price. Alex was recommended by a friend and being based in Victoria it was great to be able to deal with someone that kept me informed every step of the way. Both properties are rented and Alex and his team did a great job dealing with the tenants for photo's and open for inspection. Alex really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Alex if you are selling as you will not be disappointed, Thanks Alex for your help.

Living in Victoria I was worried about selling interstate. I am so happy I went with the recommendation of a friend who recently sold through LJ Hooker with Alex and had a great result. Alex really knows the market and has many contacts, I had two apartments to be sold at the same time and the first one was sold before it hit the market for a very good price. Alex is a great communicator and kept me up to date regularly. I can't recommend him highly enough. Very satisfied vendor!
