This is now our third dealing with Ben (we have brought off him twice and now sold with him once) we will not deal with anyone else except Ben; he is fair, honest and hard working and goes above and beyond to get the best outcome for everyone involved. Thank you Ben once again for the best experience, let’s get the next one done!!

Based interstate, Alex made the selling process of our property a seamless one. He demonstrated a strong understanding of the market, providing an honest appraisal based on changes in the market. He and his office were always approachable with any questions regarding the selling process and were a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend Alex to all prospective sellers.

Ben was amazing throughout the whole process. Being first home buyers I’m sure we had lots of annoying questions but he always took the time! Punctual, professional and a nice guy! Thanks!

The agent suggested a sell list price if $229000 ,however we only achieved a sell price of 205000 which was below our expectations.

I was the buyer, and they provide prompt and efficient service. I had not bought in over 20 years, and I asked them for referrals for services I needed, conveyencing and bldg pest inspections. The referrals were excellent and added to how seamless the whole process was. Ben came to me with the contract, and Chantel was my key contact for viewing the property and general questions and logistics. I told Alex he has built a great team. If I were to sell, I would think of them as my first choice.
