Dissapointed with final selling price.
The agent suggested a sell list price if $229000 ,however we only achieved a sell price of 205000 which was below our expectations.

The team at LJ Hooker Southport, headed up by Alex are fantastic.
I was the buyer, and they provide prompt and efficient service. I had not bought in over 20 years, and I asked them for referrals for services I needed, conveyencing and bldg pest inspections. The referrals were excellent and added to how seamless the whole process was. Ben came to me with the contract, and Chantel was my key contact for viewing the property and general questions and logistics. I told Alex he has built a great team. If I were to sell, I would think of them as my first choice.
