Spoke to 4 agents before selecting Ben @ LJ Hooker. From that initial first chat Ben was upfront and realistic about the market. He explained it in a very succinct manner. Agent fees and marketing costs were also explained well and also why a particular marketing strategy was required. Would recommend Ben @ LJ Hooker Southport for selling property on the Gold Coast.
