To Whom it may concern, I have owned and sold a fair few properties, I also was an elected member of Waverley Council, which includes Bondi Beach. During the 12 years, I served on council I was Deputy mayor for 3 years. During this time I dealt with many people in the real estate trade. This is the first reference that I have ever written for a Real Estate Agent. Alex McCormack, is true to his word! He said to me that he had a buyer for my unit even before I engaged him as my agent to sell the property. True to his word; the 1st, yes the very 1st person to view the property bought it for the price he said he would be able to sell it for. Quite amazing! Alex is extremely open and friendly. He puts people at ease. He is so personable and he shared much of himself. My Details are: Kerryn Sloan Mobile: 0411-172-293 Please feel free to contact me. Kindest Regards

I purchased a property in Southport QLD in middle of covid19! Living in NSW and not able to travel, I had to rely on family in QLD, Alex & Ben from L J Hooker and a quantum leap in faith! I can't thank these guys enough. Communition excellent, nothing was a problem, with a good sense of humor mixed in. When the border opens, I get to meet them in person. I have appointed them Managing Agents of my property, such is my trust in them. No hesitation recommending this agency.

Alex and the team at LJ Hooker Southport have been absolutely fantastic weeks prior to listing as well as during the lisiting, which has been during the craziness that is COVID. We can not speak highly enough for the professional nature that Alex and Ben, supported by India, have worked with us during this listing. We will be using their services again in the future!!!
