Alex worked hard to sell the property with weekly open houses supported by an excellent website presence. He rang me after each open house and updated me with the results of all prospective buyers for the whole campaign. He achieved a sale result well above expectations in a difficult and trying time. From the moment we met at the open home Alex was phenomenal. I was really interested in my property and wanted a second look which he was happy to arrange the next day for me which happened to be a Sunday. He explained in great detail all of the ins and outs of buying my first home and answered all my questions about the contract. He was extremely helpful for a novice buyer like myself.
