Alex came recommended to me as one of the most trustworthy agents in his field. His knowledge and experience are second to none, and he works tirelessly to ensure his clients find the right property for their needs. I would not hesitate for a second to buy/sell with him or his team in the future.

We are very happy with the customer service and the sale price of our property. Alex & Ben kept us informed of our property. We received really good feed back also from the purchaser's of the property who were very impressed with the agents which was fantastic feed back as a Seller. Would highly recommend Alex & Ben from L J Hooker - Southport.

As far as realtors go Alex would be the most positive interaction I have encountered over many years. Nothing was too much trouble and I would strongly urge others to seek out this man for any real estate dealings in the general Gold Coast area. I for one will certainly be doing business with Alex beyond this purchase.

Ben was a very friendly and professional agent. He always took the time to help my wife and I through all the steps in selling our property. Even through difficulties with the property, Ben maintained a positive attitude with a pragmatic approach.

Ben offered a service that set him apart from all the other agents I have dealt with during previous sales and purchases of residential and commercial property. Ben provided invaluable marketing and advertising advice, contacts for cleaning, gardening, painting that contributed to the sale of my property. Even during a time when our economy is under heavy strain from the COVID virus he was able to bring through in excess of 30 groups of buyers that saw my home sell on the second open home for a price that set a new record for the street and suburb. Thanks so much for your help Ben you have made one of the most stressful processes one of the most enjoyable! I would have no hesitations recommending Ben or his team at LJ Hooker Southport to any seller that wants to get results and deal with an agent that is a real person who can identify with buyers and their needs.

Even though Ben acted on behalf of the vendors as the appointed selling agent we the purchasers were given the same professional courtesy with an attitude of nothing is to much of a problem or issue to resolve to both parties. I can honestly say he is the best real estate agent I have engaged with over many years of property sales and purchasers
