Just one thing to advise you guys that buyer will be seller one day as well, so don’t keep trying to look after only the seller, circumstances can be changed any time.. And last but not least, your cleaners done the Very poor job. We cleaned the bathroom, exhaust and cupboards again. And it’s perfect now.

For the purchase of our first home Ben Latimer was the selling agent. Since Ben was working for the previous owner we didn't know how we would be treated, but can honestly say that he was very approachable and easy to deal with even from the buyers perspective. Upon settlement we found that the previous owners had not cleaned the house as the had promised. Seeing our disappointment, Ben arranged for LJ Hooker cleaners to come right away and even covered the cost. This was a really nice touch and just shows that Ben is a decent person. If we ever sell we'll be looking him up to act as our agent. Thanks Ben.
