For the purchase of our first home Ben Latimer was the selling agent. Since Ben was working for the previous owner we didn't know how we would be treated, but can honestly say that he was very approachable and easy to deal with even from the buyers perspective. Upon settlement we found that the previous owners had not cleaned the house as the had promised.
