As a first time home buyer it was also my first time selling I was scared and extremely nervous as I had committed elsewhere. I found Alex McCormack from LJ Hooker Southport to be wonderful to deal with. He is the ultimate professional but he has an easy, friendly and engaging manner that allowed me to trust him completely. Buying an investment property at my age (88 years) was a little daunting but not with Alex! He organised my solicitor, my building inspector and even did the insurance for me. Trying to sell my father's house from interstate was a daunting task but Ben made the process very easy.
