My intention was to purchase a unit for owner occupation. l had researched many units on line but was extremely disappointed with the condition of all the units l had inspected. The unit Alex was presenting was the most attractive l had seen, however there was a problem with obtaining vacant possession. After discussions with Alex a plan was developed that enabled to purchase, which was at a very good price, to proceed. Settlement has not yet taken place and while l remain a little nervous, the matter should proceed smoothly.
