Happen to drive past, saw there was an open house and there was 5 mins remaining to inspect before auction started. There was 1 other bidder and myself. The other bidder won auction and needed to talk with seller and agent, they came back and the value was increased to meet reserve and auction resumed. Auctioneer did great work moving it along and not dragging it out. All in all it was quick and secured property at expected price for area. Certainly the agent knew the market well at the time to advise seller of a realistic reserve. Great result for seller and buyer.
