Right from the first call I made to Alex he was prepared and easy to talk to. When we met for the first time at my property he had done his homework before arriving regarding the property itself and comparable properties listed and recently sold, to give me a realistic idea of market expectations. Alex had shown through his actions and relaxed conversation his professionalism, experience and easy going nature . I was happy to go forward with him. We agreed on a listing price quickly. Alex explained every point in the contract before I signed and I really appreciated that, clarity and transparency are wonderful. Not long after that Alex arranged for the photographer, floor planning and his whole team to come out to meet me. Meeting the team surprised me in a good way. Everyone knew my property and was on board. The photos were great and I even liked the floorplan! Less than 2 weeks later and I had a contract for sale and a price higher than I thought I would get.
