Right from the first call I made to Alex he was prepared and easy to talk to. When we met for the first time at my property he had done his homework before arriving regarding the property itself and comparable properties listed and recently sold, to give me a realistic idea of market expectations. Alex explained every point in the contract before I signed and I really appreciated that, clarity and transparency are wonderful.
