I have used Lucas Real Estate as my agent for buying and Renting as a tenant and landlord for more years than I can remember, and have received excellent advice and support on all counts. The most recent, as a landlord, they rented my apartment in 1 day from release at the price I expected. To say they understand the Buy/Sell/Rental markets is an understatement.

Renting out the property
My previous tenant agreement was expired on 7 Feb. Before the lease expired, Charlotte Tran approached me well advanced to recommend how I should be re-renting out the property. She sent me some emails which all went into my junk mail. She called me which I thought it was a scam call. I did not reply for her call nearly a week. Charlotte kept contacting me with SMS and email. Finally, I found the correspondences from the junk mail. I then contacted Charlotte immediately, and concluded a new lease with the best outcome. I would therefore like to express my sincere thanks to Charlotte of her professional, patient and friendly attitude.
