We have found Kirk to well go above and beyond our expectations in the management of our property, having numerous situations and issues that presented themselves to us during not only the lead up to putting or property on the market but during the presentation of it also. We live interstate and relied on Kirk, to be honest, and professional in the management of the sale, Kirk not only met these expectations but went above what we could have possibly hoped for, Kirk rectified issues that we had using his own time and labor where he could have easily have opted to engage a contractor to attend to the issues we had thereby saving us the extra cost we would have injured.
