Good Job Mark !
As a buyer I am very impressed by the service recently provided by Mr Mark Blake . Mark has good local knowledge, great communication skills and he works hard. Most importantly, Mark is a honest real estate agent. He is the type who lay out exactly what the seller/buyer can expect, from price to timing and more. In the end, it is his honesty that save us lot of worry. Mark’s flair exudes confidence and also makes us feel at ease. We kinda get the impression that his agent would not even list a home that was not an excellent buy.

Cool Calm and we Collected
Josh was our Agent and came into the engagement with a cool head and a calm plan. His personal and the Luschwitz experience in the market was evident in all our dealings with Josh. His approach in marketing and making sure the house showed to its best advantage meant that we felt prepared and confident. The market was just starting its cooling off which was a challenge that Josh steered us effectively through. Josh is first and foremost a gentlemen
Josh was unlike any agent we had dealt with and was a pleasure to work with for my most recent purchase. Josh was honest, transparent and genuinely worked hard for all parties involved. I recommend Josh for any potential buyers and vendors. The real estate agent market is now rife with salespeople who are in for the quick buck and lie to potential buyers without repercussion. We came across many agents who claim there were buyers and propped up the prices only to discover that the property was still on the market three months later. So dealing with Josh was refreshing and gave us hope in the real estate market.

Professional
Josh was the selling agent when I bought a house in April. He was very professional while friendly and engaging. There was an issue with the swimming pool and he was proactive in going the second mile to source the right tradesman to attend to the problem. I found him to be a person of integrity and was very efficient in sending me the interest accrued from the sale deposit kept in his agent’s trust account. I would have no hesitation in engaging him as my selling agent should the need arise.

Will Use Josh Again
I could not fault Josh Luschwitz as a real estate agent. He is ethical, charming and sold our property for more than we expected in just ten days! His communication skills and advice were excellent and at no stage did he promise more than he could deliver. He handled my cynical, sharp witted husband with patience and intelligence and, in so doing, won his respect too. We have no doubt that, when it comes to downsizing, we will use Josh Luschwitz again.
