GREAT AGENT FOR PROPERTY SALES AND AUCTIONS
Having been my first property sale, Phil made every effort to ensure the whole process was without the stress I envisaged. Phil provided all the advice and solutions in marketing, pre-auction property preparation and inspections. Phil provided valuable reports on actual attendance and prospective buyers right up to the actual date of the auction. What you want in an Agent

Extra effort goes a long way.

Very Happy we went with Mark
Firstly we would like to say we felt Mark is genuine and honest or we would not have left the country before settlement. We thought Mark was reliable and experienced enough to make sure everything went through smoothly at settlement even though we had a difficult buyer. We don't think we could have got any more for the house and Mark never at any time pushed us to drop the price but gave us advice when we asked. Selling our house was drawn out and difficult and we felt Mark did everything possible and kept positive and gave the final needed push to get it sold. We are very happy we went through Mark who was recommended by friends and wish him and his family all the best.
