Best decision we made!
Mark understood from the onset that we were selling our home, not just a house. He was attentive, supportive and professional every step of the way, helping us to feel confident in his ability to obtain the best outcome for us. Can't imagine a better agent
Charles Blackney was professional and personable from the beginning. I approached him to sell two properties in completely different demographics. He had a complete understanding of the market and gave sound advice on every step of the way - being realistic and keeping me grounded on the process of both the sale and auction of my properties. Charlie is a very easy person to talk to and a great communicator. He kept in touch, frequently calling to update or check on how I was going with different things. I never had to call him for updates and he always made me feel that he was completely on top of the sometimes intricate details of everything going on. I always felt that Charlie had my best interests in his head and understood my particular situation extremely well. Charlie is a sensitive, friendly, patient and understanding person who I would absolutely recommend to anybody needing an agent. His complete understanding of the market and the way he tailored both campaigns ultimately meant I received the very best price for both properties, that exceeded my expectations. Professional, executed his role perfectly
We engaged Charles to sell our house in north Canberra. From the get-go he was on his game, knew precisely his role, what ours was and helped us assemble the pieces in the project to make it all happen. Charles calmly and methodically project managed us, gave us excellent counsel about preparing our property and kept us informed at every step. With fantastic photography to bring out the best in our property it presented beautifully on the web, attracted lots of inquiries and sold within a week and a very sharp price. By Far The Best
During my efforts to get my scullin property to market I engaged a different local agent. Within 2 weeks of dealing with there pressuring to me sell regardless of price and constant harassment I decided to ditch them and run with Mark Forbes at Luton. Quiet achiever

Phil's professionalism, calmness and expertise has made the process of selling my place a pleasant task. He thoroughly went through the evaluation report the day after he inspected my house. Best we have seen!
Mark has been out of this world in assisting us in purchasing our new home. He is a real estate agent with integrity (which is a rarity in the contemporary world) and the advice that he gave us was absolutely spot on. We placed our trust in him and it definitely paid off. He is true to his word - e.g. when he said that he will get back to us first thing in the morning, he did. Our purchase was nowhere near extravagant considering that it was our first home, but that was never an issue for Mark and his professionalism is extremely commendable.
