We chose Ben not because he said that he could get us the the highest amount but because he was politely spoken and relaxed, we thought it would work with potential first home buyers which would be more likely to purchase the property, it worked and he got us well above what we ever expected and sold within one week from the first open house and 3 weeks before the auction.
