Very professional.
Ben did his very best to help us negotiating pre-occupancy although he did not know if we would actually be successful at the auction. We really appreciate his good communication, great effort and patience.

Outstanding agent
David was very knowledgeable about the market, keeping expectations re sale positive but not ridiculous. His recommendations about what to do with my house prior to sale were reasonable and I think had an impact on the buyers. Selling within two weeks at a unexpected price was just the icing on the cake! I recommend David as your real estate agent.

Excellent Service
Always very responsive to queries, Contactable, provided regular updates. Not sure whether its the market or negotiation as I would have liked to get a bit better offer. Perhaps market wasn't in my favour. If market related then negotiation can be 5 out of 5.
