We picked Kate because she had some recent sales in our area and good reviews. She was also very optimistic about our home's selling prospects without being unrealistic about the possible sale price. We live interstate so we thought not being there for the sale would be hard, but Kate made everything easy - she recommended a great stager, arranged for a handyperson to do various touch-ups and tidying and arranged for photos and marketing with a very short turnaround. Our place was so well presented we had multiple offers after the first (and only) home open, and we sold for a great price less than a week after listing for sale. Kate was always very responsive and personable and also gave great advice. This was our first time selling and we went into it pretty apprehensive about the whole thing but it has turned out so much better than we ever expected. Very glad we made the right choice with Kate.

I had been searching for an appropriate property in South Canberra for over 12 months. I was almost ready to give up.
