Warm, knowledgeable and friendly
Kate was the agent of the apartment I purchased. As a first home buyer completely new to the world of real estate I found Kate very patient in taking me through what I needed to know and do. She is warm and friendly and made this experience a pleasure! Thanks Kate - I love my new home :)

Excellent agent!
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kate. My apartment was a tricky one to sell and I was living overseas throughout the process but Kate made things smoother than I ever could've expected. She was patient, professional and genuine right from the beginning and went above and beyond to keep me informed and get me the outcome I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kate to anyone!

Kate was professional, a clear and consistent communicator. I am overseas and had Kate deal with all aspects of my sale. This required considerable trust. My parameters were not to sell quick - I needed an agent I could rely on. Throughout, I felt that she acted in my interests, didn't put pressure on me to sell for numbers I wasn't comfortable with. She deserved my trust. I am satisfied with her marketing of my property, and she worked well with my current tenants. Overall, I would recommend Kate.

Delightful First Home Experience
Purchasing a home can be very stressful, let alone when you are first home buyers! Before we even walked into the house, Kate had been very responsive to our emails and answered our questions honestly. When we did meet Kate in person, we found her to be very personable and knowledgable. Despite our young ages, she always took us seriously. Her personality ensured we always felt comfortable and her communication skills exceeded our expectations - especially when she remembered not only our names, but our parents names at respective house visits. Kate was truly delightful at every step of the process and we are grateful our first home purchase was overlooked by such a genuine person.
