Purchasing a home can be very stressful, let alone when you are first home buyers! Before we even walked into the house, Kate had been very responsive to our emails and answered our questions honestly. When we did meet Kate in person, we found her to be very personable and knowledgable. Despite our young ages, she always took us seriously. Her personality ensured we always felt comfortable and her communication skills exceeded our expectations - especially when she remembered not only our names, but our parents names at respective house visits. Kate was truly delightful at every step of the process and we are grateful our first home purchase was overlooked by such a genuine person.

Kate and her team were professional and informative, keeping us updated every step of the way in what can be a daunting process. She explained what would happen and when. As to sale price, expectations were realistically set. Advice on presentation of our property was excellent. Kate and her team were always punctual for appointments and open houses and provided on the spot feedback as well as written information afterwards. We found the meeting with Kate, us and the auctioneer very useful and informative giving us a good understanding of what to expect on ‘the big day’. Post sale follow up was thorough and helpful.

We asked Kate to be our agent, selling our investment property in Canberra while we lived in Sydney. From start to finish our experience with Kate was exceptional - advice around the listing, reviews after each open home and very close communication. She went above and beyond and made selling a property in a different city so easy. We would not hesitate to recommend Kate!
