We sold our apartment in West Perth whilst having an excellent tenant in place. Richard and his team managed all the liaising to ensure the tenant was not inconvenienced during the process which was important to us. Richard achieved a high price than we expected and all the paperwork process was so smooth in comparison to our past selling experiences. We would highly recommend Richard!

Richard took me on with a full workload, yet still had the time to run through all the details. Richard & his junior agent Max were able to meet our preferred/expedited go to market date and his ability to maximise our presented offers was impressive.

I chose Richard to sell my property as he had lots of West Perth sales. I can see why know, he does a great job puts the effort in and gets results. It was a quiet sale and even then his network is wide enough to attract buyers. Richards team also provides great support.

Our experience with Richard was very positive in his ability, we felt a weight had been lifted when he took over the sale of our property, which he did in a day, how good is that. ?Thank you Richard. regards Jill & Mick .very

I chose Richard to be my agent as he has previously sold quite a few apartments in my facility. Richard was prompt, has a great knowledge on the area regarding realestate. I had no issues or concerns throughout the process and was kept informed at all times. I recommend Richard for real estate sales in the Perth / West Perth areas where he has been operating for the past 15 years.

Richard was recommended to me by a family member and his service/ professionalism matched the high recommendation.

Richard is IMO the number one go to real estate agent for property in West Perth. Richard is clearly on top of the market in this location and was able to advise accordingly and maximize the value of the marketing efforts entailed whilst avoiding unnecessary approaches. His team was also extremely professional whilst still be considerate to my own needs. My place sold within a very short time with multiple offers. I would (and have) recommended him to others looking to sell.

Jim was recommended to me by Mack Hall Real Estate when I decided to sell this apartment at the end of the current tenancy. He was pleasant, friendly, confident, and very professional to deal with, and had a good knowledge of the market, with excellent back-up. He was in constant communication as the sale progressed, and I felt every confidence in his recommendations re decision making. I was also impressed by Jim's obvious concern for the well being of the potential buyer. I am confident that the best and fairest price was achieved. I would highly recommend this energetic and committed young agent.
